Start With Care was founded by Founder Jason Scott Livingston in June of 2012.

Jason, having recently left Electronic Art’s company, BioWare, recognized a severe lack of understanding in the games industry around strategic customer engagement.  In conversations with other customer service, community, and social media experts, he concluded that there was a real opportunity to consolidate the vast learning of he, and his network into a loose partnership-based consultancy to champion both the starter-upper and the big fishes of the world.  From this idea, came formation, the first contracts, and the rest is history.

As we are a consolidation of experts, our consultancy consists of multiple gaming, BPO, internet services, social media, tech services, CRM, and silicone valley veterans – who, when needed are called upon to add value and expertise to the project at hand.
